Map To Church:
This Feature allows you to enter a your Church Address so a link can be built to Yahoo!Maps so people can quickly and easily find your Church! The link to your map is automatically added within the "Contact Us" section of your website.

User Access Permissions:
This Feature allows you to enter very detailed "permissions" for each member/user you create within your Church website account. You can set access/denial for adding, editing and deleting content. You can set access/deny for whether the user can visit certain sections of your website. You can set access for whether the user can upload photographs to your gallery... and you can even set whether-or-not to have a user receive email notification when content is added, changed or removed!

Exclusive VIP Support:
This Feature allows anybody that can access your websites Administration Control Panel to send us an email for priority technical support. Also provided, at the ManageYourChurch.Com website is an Exclusive VIP Support area for advanced technical support.

Included Email Account:
All Church Websites that utilize the ManageYourChurch software comes with a default amount of Email Addresses that the Church can utilize for their staff. One email address (church-name@domain.tld) will be automatically created so people can use the Church Contact Form. The other email addresses can be utilized as you desire, within the confines of our Terms Of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. For an additional fee we will install an online email access program so you can check your email anywhere you have internet access. All emails include a standard POP3 account access.
Max. Disk-Space Storage Details:
All Church Websites that utilize the ManageYourChurch software comes with a default amount of "disk space". This disk space is where your website, uploaded files, database, and email is stored. The larger your website grows the more disk space you will utilize. More disk space can be purchased at any time for a very reasonable fee.
Max. User Account Details:
All Church Websites that utilize the ManageYourChurch software comes with a default amount of users/members that you can add within your website. User Accounts include any users that are added, for instance, pastors staff, office staff, board members, elders, lay-members, etc.. User Accounts are typically added within your Church Website to be viewable within the "Pastors & Staff" section of your website. However, many churches also utilize User Accounts to maintain an online address book of their Church Members, which is accessable within the Administration Control Panel. Additional User Accounts can be purchased at any time for a very reasonable fee.
Attach Church Photograph:
This Feature allows you to include a photograph of your church on the home page of your website. Simply upload a photograph of your church, than enable this feature, and it will automatically be displayed!

Attach Images To Listings:
All of the primary content that you might add to your website (services, news, events, devotionals) have the ability to include images directly within the content of the listing. You can include as many images as you would like too and they will be added automatically. Through the use of a simple form you can upload new images from your computer to your website, than attach the image to your listings!

Pastors & Staff Listing:
This Feature allows you to have a listing of all your staff, board members, elders, lay ministers or any other group you can think of! Within the listing is the ability to have the persons name, their photograph, a short bio about them, and a way to contact them (if permissions are granted.)

Events Listings:
This Feature allows you to have a listing of any/all events you have in your Church. Events differ from services only in terminology. For instance, an Event Listing would be having a concert at your church. Concerts are typically not a Service, so we feel the best terminology is Event. ManageYourChurch software allows you to list not only all the Services you have but all of the events you have too!

News Listings:
This Feature allows you to have a listing of any/all news that you would like to broadcast to your Church members or anybody else that visits your Church website! News differs from Services and Events only in terminology. For instance, an News Listing would be announcing a member of your Church has had baby, or that you have hired a new staff member, or your parking lot is being paved, or just about anything else! ManageYourChurch software allows you to list not only all the Services and Events you have but all of the News you have too!

Photograph Gallery:
A lot of people requested it and we wanted it too! A Photograph gallery for your Church Website! Beyond the normal features of a Photograph Gallery, the ManageYourChurch Photograph Gallery allows you to have your photographs broken into categories, creates thumbnails for quicker page-loading, and a pop-up windows for full-size photograph viewing!

Calendar System:
This Feature is a very powerful Calendar System that allows for all of your Service & Event Listings to be displayed for the public to view. A small calendar is displayed on the Church Home page, while a full-size calendar (with full details) is available within the main navigation. With highlighting of days with services/events people can very quickly see what upcoming days something is happening. Power Features include the ability to enter weekly recurring events, exceptions to recurring events, the ability to download service/events directly into Microsoft Outlook/Express/PDA, and more!
